What is 365 Care?

365 CARE is a preventative maintenance program designed to help companies optimize equipment performance, minimize downtime, and reduce costs. Our program includes quarterly inspections to help ensure that all of your equipment is operating properly, identify any potential issues, adjust/calibrate flow meters, and detect leaks in oil or air systems. 

 

During the onboarding assessment, an asset tracking systems will be installed at no additional cost. These devices allow our customers to monitor equipment inventory, manage key warranty dates, and digitally record and store a full maintenance history of each element. Through 365 CARE, companies can also utilize our strategic partnerships to  provide more efficient and comprehensive solutions for  equipment needs at discounted rates. 

Quarterly Maintenance Checklist

• Inspect tanks, pumps, air/lube lines, reels and meter handles for leaks

• Clean tank areas, ensure tanks are secure

• Check that breathers and filters are in good condition

• Verify correct air pressures across systems

• Inspect the waste oil system and clean out the strainer

• Consult with key personnel to address any issues or needs

• Recommend equipment or improvements to enhance efficiency

• Perform immediate repairs, with approval, to avoid the need for a return visit

365Care includes on-site quarterly inspections that provide checklists and documentation indicating our technicians verified functionality and condition of equipment in the tank areas. Additionally, any concerns or recommendations will be summarized for your review.
